• Drive over proportional New Business Growth at target accounts. • Approach targeted end customers, service companies, and channel partners. • Gather, consolidate, analyse, and disseminate information about competitive products. • Continuously monitor North American sub-segments to understand industry trends. • Pursue new approvals from targeted sub-segment equipment designers and manufacturers (OEMs). • Initiate new product developments for your focus sub-segments by generating requirement profiles and development plans. • Attend industry specific trade shows (internal and external) and seminars.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably Engineering, Technical, or related field. • 5+ years of industrial direct sales experience; experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing industry a plus. • Previous experience with CRM systems. • Excellent communication skills (oral and written). • Able to travel up to 50%, domestic.
