• Seeking an experienced Sales Operations Senior Associate to join our expanding team. • Support the Central Geography region focusing on reporting and analytics, data management, and sales performance. • Improve overall sales efficiency and drive business forward. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide actionable insights from sales data. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create compelling presentations to communicate insights. • Serve as a Salesforce data subject matter expert (SME). • Manage sales-related expenses and maintain comprehensive documentation of sales processes. • Foster effective collaboration with marketing, finance, and other growth strategy teams.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related role. • Strong proficiency in CRM tools, Salesforce preferred. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic recommendations. • Pipeline management and revenue forecasting experience. • Advanced computer skills including superior proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) • Experience with Power BI a plus. • Ability to maintain data integrity, consistency, and quality in a fast-paced environment. • Must have strong communication skills, sense of urgency, and willingness to take initiative • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting all commitments and deadlines. • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
