📋 Description

• Balto is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to help fuel our sales pipeline and drive revenue growth. • You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, engaging in outbound prospecting to identify and connect with key decision-makers. • Your mission is to generate interest in Balto’s AI-powered solutions through strategic outreach, including cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement. • This is a remote position open to candidates in the U.S. It requires travel for industry events, approximately once per month, as well as occasional travel for company meetings and all-hands events. • You are eager to make an impact, excited by the challenge of outbound prospecting, and understand that persistence and curiosity are key to success. • You are an excellent communicator who can quickly build rapport, uncover potential customers' needs, and articulate how Balto’s AI-powered solutions solve real business challenges. • You’re process-driven, adaptable, and resilient, with a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic sales team.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, business development, cold calling, or lead generation. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence potential customers. • A strong sense of curiosity and active listening skills to understand prospect needs and challenges. • A humble, growth-oriented mindset, always eager to learn and improve. • Process-driven approach, with the ability to execute structured outreach strategies. • Resilient and adaptable, maintaining momentum and enthusiasm regardless of immediate results. • Highly ambitious and motivated, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
