📋 Description
• Bankjoy is a Y Combinator and Bessemer Venture Partner backed FinTech startup. • We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our demand generation and marketing operations efforts. • The successful candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, with expertise in developing and optimizing integrated campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue. • This role requires a strategic thinker who can also dive into the details, managing both high-level strategy and day-to-day execution to ensure maximum impact.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years B2B demand generation experience • Proven track record hitting aggressive pipeline targets • Expert-level Hubspot knowledge and implementation experience • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and attribution • Experience managing integrated multi-channel campaigns • Data-driven approach to campaign optimization and budget allocation • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
