Description

• Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive awareness and generate leads through various channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, ABM, webinars, content marketing, and partnerships. • Create and leverage compelling content (i.e., blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos) to engage our target audiences and support lead generation efforts. • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales strategies, optimize lead handoff processes, and track lead conversion rates. • Analyze campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for better ROI. • Manage the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and CRM system (Salesforce) to track lead flow, segment audiences, and execute targeted campaigns. • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new opportunities for demand generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the fintech or banking industry. • Proven track record in developing and executing demand generation strategies that drive leads and revenue growth. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with marketing automation tools (ie,, HubSpot,) and CRM systems (ie, Salesforce). • Self-starter with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
