Description

• As a Senior CRE Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible to perform internal audits of commercial, SBA, and commercial real estate loan portfolio. • Educate the department on credit policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree: Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science or other related field required (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered) • 2 or more years of commercial real estate loan administration experience required • Possess a solid understanding of financial contracts, Bank regulatory compliance issues, and the perfection of security interests. • Possess excellent customer service, interpersonal, auditing, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. • Ability to handle a high volume of work within defined time frames in a deadline-driven environment. • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Bank personnel. • Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to commercial, consumer, and real estate lending.

Benefits

• Targeted starting compensation range is based on location and experience: $61,867- $81,519 • Incentive and commission compensation may be awarded for eligible roles • Comprehensive employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, LTD, STD and life • Paid vacation time, sick time, personal days, paid volunteer time and 11 company paid holidays • 401k (up to 4% match with immediate vesting) • Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually (minimum service requirement)
