The engineering team at Warner Music Group makes all of it a reality. • We are looking for a Software Quality Engineer for our Engineering Productivity Team. This Software Quality Engineer will have a strong background in software development and a keen interest in enhancing engineering productivity. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create automated test frameworks, tools, systems and processes that enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall productivity of our development process. You will collaborate with your fellow engineers and other stakeholders to streamline workflows, improve tools, and optimize our build, test and deployment processes.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related field • 2+ years Test automation experience (Python, TypeScript a plus) • Experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright and Selenium preferred) • Experience with unit, integration, and performance testing tools • Experience building test frameworks and tools • You have experience with CI/CD optimization or test automation framework development • You have experience in Bazel or other build tools and deploying in AWS • You thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments • Your bias is towards action, and you always find ways to deliver better solutions more efficiently • You’re an empathetic team member who works well in a team environment and communicates effectively • You’re excited about the music business: helping artists and songwriters grow and helping the world hear more great music
