Description

• Responsible for all aspects of an employer’s SFTP implementation experience. • Lead enrollment and funding SFTP onboarding process for existing and new employers. • Review enrollment and contribution options with assigned employers. • Demonstrate and present how HSA/FSA/HRA products will function within the chosen plan design/configuration. • Be accountable for overall employer onboarding success and satisfaction. • Manage SFTP implementation by developing and maintaining a detailed project plan. • Identify process improvement opportunities and initiate corrective action. • Create and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures as needed.

Requirements

• At least 1-year previous file testing experience. • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Experience in project management (preferred). • Strong problem-solving skills. • Comfortable with advocating for employers internally. • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership. • At least 1 year experience with CDH products (HSA, FSA, and HRA). • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability. • Possesses the ability to maintain confidentiality.
