Description
• Oversight of Specialty and Primary Care rural clinic locations. • Collaborate with various departments to provide education and review KPI reports. • Monitor and troubleshoot revenue cycle processes and improve efficiencies. • Lead operational oversight for patient revenue cycle and registration functions. • Serve as a resource for leadership and staff addressing revenue cycle issues. • Ensure compliance with revenue cycle processes and staff training.
Requirements
• Strong knowledge and understanding of financial processes and reporting. • 5-7 years of operational experience in physician practice management. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Strong influential and negotiation skills in a complex organization. • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills and proficiency in database and spreadsheet software. • CHAM Certification preferred. • Knowledge and experience with electronic medical record software preferred.
