Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and the development of pricing strategies is essential. • A thorough understanding of regulatory requirements for automotive parts in the U.S. and international markets is crucial. The candidate should have experience ensuring compliance with various legal standards and adapting to regulatory changes. • Strong leadership skills are required to effectively manage and develop a team. The candidate should have experience in guiding, coaching, and assessing team members, setting strategic goals, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with executives, field teams, dealers, and suppliers is vital.
