Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, business, or another relevant field. • 7+ years of experience in automotive parts management or a related field, including a deep understanding of parts creation, procurement processes, inventory management, and pricing strategies. • The candidate must demonstrate exceptional analytical abilities, with a proven track record in strategic planning and forecasting. Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and the development of pricing strategies is essential. • A thorough understanding of regulatory requirements for automotive parts in the U.S. and international markets is crucial. The candidate should have experience ensuring compliance with various legal standards and adapting to regulatory changes. • Strong leadership skills are required to effectively manage and develop a team. The candidate should have experience in guiding, coaching, and assessing team members, setting strategic goals, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with executives, field teams, dealers, and suppliers is vital. The candidate must have strong presentation skills and the ability to convey complex information in a concise manner. • A customer-centric approach is essential, with a focus on maximizing dealer and customer satisfaction. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, capable of addressing and resolving issues promptly to support the vehicle repair process. • Experience in developing creative marketing campaigns and incentive programs to drive parts sales is necessary. The candidate should have a strong understanding of both wholesale and retail markets, with the ability to implement strategies that boost business growth.
