Description

• The Americas Business Operations team is looking to add an experienced Partner Operations Analyst to the team. • The Operations group is responsible for the successful execution of Commvault’s Go-To-Market Strategy by supporting our Sales, Channel and Sales Engineering organizations. • We’re responsible for driving consistent execution of our sales process as well owning the region’s budget, account segmentation, territory planning, and field compensation. • Track, analyze, and report on channel partner performance metrics, including sales forecasts, revenue, pipeline growth, and customer retention. • Work with internal data teams to collect, clean, and analyze data to generate insights on channel performance. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to streamline operational processes and improve the efficiency of channel-related workflows. • Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of channel-related data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools. • Manage and track channel partner incentive programs, including discounts, rebates, and other promotional activities. • Work closely with finance and sales operations teams to develop accurate sales forecasts for channel partners and provide input on market trends and partner potential. • Develop and distribute regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), insights, and recommendations for channel strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field. • Project management skills with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines • 2+ years experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or related roles, preferably in the software industry. • Proficiency in Excel, SFDC, and PowerPoint is required • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
