• Provide administrative and technical support for Physician and Provider onboarding efforts across Banner • Manage candidate site visits, expectations, and communication • Oversee pre-employment processes including I9 and compliance • Create complex itineraries for site visits and manage reimbursement • Assist with training and improving onboarding processes • Ensure all Human Resource employment requirements are met • Ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks for physicians and providers • Serve as the point of contact for onboarding steps for new hires
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Human Resources • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field • 2-3 years of experience in human resources or healthcare industry • Exceptional customer service and critical thinking skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Credentialing knowledge and/or experience preferred
