• Looking for a friendly & professional detail-oriented team player to join our Retail Recruiting team. • Actively sourcing talent to fill open positions supporting current retail population and expansion. • Support with building field talent acquisition and conducting full life cycle Retail recruitment. • Provide special guidance and assistance to Retail Management on various Talent focused initiatives. • Report directly into the Retail Recruiting Manager. • Ideal candidate has a minimum of 2+ years recruiting experience for retail brands.
• Minimum 1-2 years recruiting or hiring experience (agency or in-house) for retail brands, global consumer goods company and/or similar industries • Must be open to Travel to markets, as needed • Experience on foot recruiting in markets • Experience hiring roles that include: Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Sales Associate, Keyholder and Stock Associate. • Experience in Applicant Tracking system or Greenhouse is a plus, but not required • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other networking tools to actively source candidates. • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to think on your feet and friendly, professional communication are a must • Interest in a career in talent acquisition or human resources • Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to learn new computer applications quickly. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
