Our services include staffing and recruitment, executive search and placement, on-demand recruiting solutions, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and more. • Role: This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Sourcing Recruiter supporting a Fortune 20 automotive company. • This sourcing professional will be strong in: • Effective sourcing/research knowledge • Successful candidate outreach/engagement strategies • First phase candidate assessment responsible for sourcing top-tier talent • Mining for executive level candidates • Maintaining relationships with prospects • Identifying potential candidates • Tracking candidate and requisition activity in the CRM and ATS.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience with executive level staffing • Creativity in discovering candidate pipelines • Effective communication skills • Knowledge of AI-driven technology in recruitment • Ability to work independently and remotely • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
