• Meet or exceed placement and submittal targets • Source and screen candidates for roles • Conduct interviews and maintain candidate records • Support overall recruitment goals and processes

Requirements

• Strive to meet or exceed placement targets by effectively managing the recruitment process • Submit qualified candidates to open positions and maintain a steady pipeline • Source potential candidates through various channels such as job postings, LinkedIn Recruiter, Contact Out, and Bullhorn • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience against job requirements • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability • Help create accurate and engaging job postings • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Update candidate information in Bullhorn and track their progress • Learn about recruitment best practices and industry trends • Work closely with senior recruiters, managers, and other team members
