• Provides IT Clinical Application customer support expertise • Answers, logs and resolves customer issues • Supports clinical application for various teams and projects • Serves as liaison between clinical staff and IT team • Maintains knowledge of trends and advances in Healthcare IT
Requirements
• Active RN license for a clinical position in a practicing state • Completion of a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related business discipline • Two to three years experience working within a complex and diverse health care setting • Proficient in the use of system office applications • Basic understanding of integrated clinical systems • Highly developed interpersonal and critical thinking skills • Effective written/verbal communication skills
