β’ BARBRI seeks an experienced Business Development Representative to generate and qualify leads. β’ Responsibilities include lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management. β’ Collaborating with sales and marketing, the BDR will focus on legal/law firms and explore opportunities in accounting, corporate, and government sectors. β’ The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of proven success in continuing education or training services. β’ They should excel at strategic thinking, setting priorities, and creating actionable account plans.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience qualifying leads and/or selling continuing education or similar product/service. β’ Understanding of sales cycles and ability to identify potential pain points and needs of prospective clients. β’ Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, including cold calling and email outreach. β’ Ability to create strategy and execute according to plan to reach revenue goals. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Proficient in CRM software (preferably Salesforce).
