Description

• Drive customer outcomes, product adoption, and customer experience through partner management. • Lead the implementation process and lifecycle for each partner. • Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure partner success. • Define and optimize customer lifecycle to improve engagement strategies. • Develop relationships with decision-makers to explore upselling opportunities. • Work with subject experts to sustain revenue opportunities. • Manage multiple accounts effectively for positive outcomes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development and improvement, problem solving. • Experience supporting teaching and learning online resources to university support staff. • Demonstrated progressive experience leading customer success, account management, or sales activities. • Professional services experience is a plus. • Able to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities. • Proficiency in visualizing and negotiating solution configurations. • Holds strong operational skills that drive organizational efficiencies and customer satisfaction. • Cross-functional collaboration ability is essential. • Possesses fundamental knowledge of financial reporting and data analytics. • Prioritizes and plans work activities efficiently. • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in monitoring own work quality. • Adaptable to changes in work environment and manages competing demands. • Dependable and consistently present; follows instructions and solicits feedback. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including reading and interpreting written information. • Cross Cultural Competence is required. • Computer Skills necessary for job successfully, including knowledge of Word Processing and Spreadsheets. • Experience operating a CRM system is preferred.
