Description

Requirements

β€’ Demonstrated operational excellence in analytical thinking, process development and improvement, problem solving. β€’ Experience supporting teaching and learning online resources to university support staff. β€’ Demonstrated progressive experience leading customer success, account management, or sales activities. β€’ Professional services experience is a plus. β€’ Able to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities. β€’ Proficiency in visualizing and negotiating solution configurations. β€’ Holds strong operational skills that drive organizational efficiencies and customer satisfaction. β€’ Cross-functional collaboration ability is essential. β€’ Possesses fundamental knowledge of financial reporting and data analytics. β€’ Prioritizes and plans work activities efficiently. β€’ Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in monitoring own work quality. β€’ Adaptable to changes in work environment and manages competing demands. β€’ Dependable and consistently present; follows instructions and solicits feedback. β€’ Excellent oral and written communication skills, including reading and interpreting written information. β€’ Cross Cultural Competence is required. β€’ Computer Skills necessary for job successfully, including knowledge of Word Processing and Spreadsheets. β€’ Experience operating a CRM system is preferred.
