Description

• Client Success Manager oversees multiple client engagements • Ensures PPC understands and meets client expectations • Collaborates with business stakeholders and experts to plan and deliver projects effectively • Builds relationships with the client, consultants, and engaged recruiters • Regularly checks in with clients and consultants to ensure deliverables are met • Proactively escalates challenges or concerns • Screens potential candidates for projects • Meets with Client Managers to proactively check in on consultant performance • Mentors and coaches PPC team members • Identifies business development opportunities with Account Manager and Client Executive • Assists with methodology, processes, and tools development • Engages in client work as a billable resource

Requirements

• 5+ years healthcare IT delivery • Business development experience • Bachelor’s degree required • EMR certification preferred • PMP preferred
