• Manage email marketing campaigns • Take ownership of campaigns, track and report on performance, boost conversions • Own ad efforts and test strategies to increase results
🎯 Requirements
• B2B marketing background • Email marketing & digital advertising experience • Optimizing for conversions • Segmenting and managing audiences • Planning, creating, monitoring, and optimizing many different campaigns at once • Knowledgeable of the technical aspects of email marketing - avoiding spam filters, warming up addresses, etc. • Know how and when to use both HTML emails and plain text sales emails • Experience with LinkedIn and Meta ad platforms • Website conversion optimization • Understand audiences and traffic sources • Track user experience on the site • Optimize conversion, time on site, scroll depth, # of pages visited • Implement and test popups and other methods of gathering leads and contacts • Coordinate with sales to ensure all leads are followed up on • Experience with HubSpot • Experience with Google Analytics
