• 2-3 years of relevant work experience • College degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or similar • Previous cash application and credit card experience, at least 2-3 years of working knowledge • Previous accounts receivable and collection experience, at least 2-3 years • Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills
