🎯 Requirements

•2+ years of collection experience. •Professional training courses or College Degree (preferred). •Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations that regulate the collection industry. •Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written). •Persuasiveness and talent of negotiating in the most professional manner. •Knack to keep a cool head and develop relationships in possibly difficult circumstances. •Strong organizational and follow-up skills. •Ability to interact with management with recommendations and concerns.
