•Perform highly responsible marketing and technical functions for retention and cross selling to dentists and miscellaneous professionals. •Responsible for the combined functions of the development and successful acquisition on new business revenue from new and existing clients and providing a high level of client service to assigned accounts. •Manage the client and prospect relationships to help grow the book of existing accounts, providing, and recommending the most appropriate insurance solutions. •Prepare marketing strategy information and market the account to insurance carriers. •Negotiate premiums with the insurance carrier. •Oversee the loss control on each account and analyze loss trends.

Requirements

•HS Diploma or equivalent is required; Prefer a college degree. •State of Florida License (2-20P&C) required. •Skill and ability to type 40 wpm. •Operate office equipment and a PC, use computer software to include, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Applied and ET File. •Knowledge of good business practices and office procedures. •Ability to be a passenger on a plane, drive a motor vehicle, rent a motor vehicle, and maintain a good driving record.
