Description

• Serve as a member of the Brown & Brown Employee Benefits Ancillary Proposal team • Assist in proposal development, deployment, and response quote process • Support and assist with activities to produce proposals and obtain carrier/vendor quotes • Develop and enhance training modules for users on the proposal process • Act as a resource for educating internal account managers on the proposal process • Maintain productive relationships with benefits carrier representatives • Support internal processes to enhance proposal efficiencies

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role in group insurance • Expertise in voluntary benefits products, dental, vision, and other ancillary benefits • Knowledge of ancillary benefit enrollment strategies • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Strong project management, analytical and consulting skills • Strong work ethic, self-directed with positive drive • Must hold Life, Accident & Health Producer’s License in residence state • Strong competency with Microsoft applications and web-based tools.
