Description

• Serve as a representative for Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc. and National Programs to insurance producers. • Drive sales production by working with the Commercial Programs Team. • Conduct market research and assist in the development of sales strategies. • Maintain relationships with existing producers and contribute to business development initiatives. • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations. • Gather qualitative data for the Customer Relationship Management system. • Support the implementation of marketing strategies to drive growth in Commercial Programs. • Contribute to the creation of promotional materials and sales presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and two to four years of experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Proficient in technology, specifically Microsoft Teams and Excel. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and adhere to established processes. • Committed to personal and professional growth and development. • Highly motivated and customer focused. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. • Exceptional listening skills, along with strong time management, verbal, and written communication abilities. • Knowledge of sales techniques, principles of sales, and sales terminology preferred. • Property and Casualty Insurance License preferred.
