Description

• Hey, we're Elevar (recently acquired by Buxton). We help direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands like Vuori, SKIMS, Glossier, and thousands of others on Shopify supercharge their conversion tracking and analytics. • Our server-side conversion tracking technology transforms shopping behavior into structured, trackable events with attribution, resulting in near 100% conversion accuracy. • This unique approach helps our customers generate more revenue from their site and existing marketing campaigns, without changing anything (Product Value ROI for the win!). • We're on the hunt for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Sales Team. • You’ll be instrumental in helping generate pipeline from a variety of channels – outbound, events, referrals and more. • Many of these channels are new for us, so you’ll also have a hand in improving the strategy for them and helping to write the playbook for future BDRs to follow. • High performance in this role opens doors for advancement to an Account Executive position, making this a fantastic opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant work experience as either an outbound SaaS BDR, in door-to-door sales, or as a former recruiter, with a proven track record of success • A self-motivated individual who is driven to achieve targets and who can demonstrate persistence • A creative thinker capable of developing and implementing outreach strategies for new lead channels • Comfortable engaging with potential clients across various mediums – phone, email, social media, etc., but with a call – first mentality • You have strong business acumen and can speak to the value of our platform and the problems that Elevar solves for our customers • Data-driven by nature; leverage data to make decisions every day • Bonus Points • Understand the e-commerce landscape and are on top of industry trends • Experience selling to e-commerce merchants on Shopify • Experience with the sales tech stack: CRM (Hubspot), sales engagement (Salesloft), lead enrichment (Apollo) • Proficiency with site tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and paid advertising platforms (e.g. Meta Ads)
