Description

β€’ Collaborate with producers and customer service teams for outstanding client experience. β€’ Review in-force policies ensuring accuracy in our agency management system. β€’ Manage higher-level changes and critical COIs. β€’ Take over a book with upcoming renewals and prepare marketing for renewals. β€’ Upsell or cross-sell new policies based on clients' risk exposure.

Requirements

β€’ A minimum of two (2) years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience. β€’ Preference given to applicants with retail agency experience in a similar CSR or Account Manager capacity. β€’ Proven capabilities in marketing related duties with an understanding of multiple rating platforms through national and regional insurance carriers. β€’ State insurance license is required within the first 90 days of employment.
