β€’ This position requires commercial property and casualty insurance experience. β€’ Collaborate with producers and customer service teams for outstanding client experience. β€’ Review in-force policies for current clients ensuring accuracy in agency management system. β€’ Manage higher level changes and handle mission critical tasks if necessary. β€’ Update policy information, gather loss reports for renewal marketing prep. β€’ Work with clients to identify areas for risk exposure and cross-sell new policies.

Requirements

β€’ A minimum of two (2) years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience. β€’ Preference given to applicants with retail agency experience in a similar CSR or Account Manager capacity. β€’ Proven capabilities in marketing related duties with an understanding of multiple rating platforms through national and regional insurance carriers. β€’ State insurance license is required within the first 90 days of employment.
