β€’ Develop a full working knowledge of procedures. β€’ Handle client requests for information, endorsements, cancellations and other services as required. β€’ Full responsibility for all Service Center Accounts. β€’ Be proficient in available carrier rating systems where provided for Agency use. β€’ Develop a good working knowledge of company underwriting philosophies and appetites. β€’ Review policies, endorsements, audits and quotations prepared by our carriers for accuracy and completeness. β€’ Assist in the compilation and preparation of data. β€’ Keep Team Leader informed of any service problems. β€’ Utilize agency automation with a high level of knowledge and proficiency. β€’ Follow procedures as established by management.

Requirements

β€’ 1-year Office Experience preferred β€’ Completion and or evidence of CL skills β€’ Proficient on Microsoft Office preferred β€’ 220 or 2044 License required β€’ Florida Insurance knowledge preferred
