Description

• Client-facing role • Lead subject matter expert for proprietary applications • Technical liaison between clients and internal team • Provide technical leadership for client implementation • Perform requirements analysis • Write requirements and design specifications • Provide client interface design, configuration, implementation setup and testing • Debug integration software and guide developers • Define reports and related infrastructure requirements • Identify and mitigate risks with client data/mapping • Support PMO team in project planning, issue tracking, and status reporting • Support and perform code reviews as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical client-facing role • Experience creating data file and reporting specifications • Experience with data exchange mapping and processing • Experience with SQL query and reporting tools • Bachelor of Science Degree in mathematics, computer-related field, or equivalent work experience • Proficient in MS Office Suite • Experience with Microsoft T-SQL and SSMS (preferred) • Experience working with advanced SQL queries and concepts (preferred) • Experience with ETL processing (preferred) • A general understanding of database design, storage, and optimization (preferred) • A general knowledge of database design principles (preferred) • Experience with JIRA, Tempo, Confluence and Smartsheet (preferred)
