β€’ Efficiently and professionally work extremely busy phones and chats. β€’ Provide and take pride in providing excellent customer service. β€’ Learn and become a specialist on a variety of online processing systems. β€’ Learn and become a specialist on many products. β€’ Train customers on a variety of online processing systems and products. β€’ Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of JE Brown and Brown & Brown. β€’ Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures. β€’ Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills. β€’ Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality β€’ Other duties as needed.

Requirements

β€’ Insurance experience is a plus, but we will train you. β€’ Some college preferred, not required. β€’ Punctuality, dependability β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication β€’ Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook β€’ Excellent telephone techniques β€’ High attention to detail, with little to no errors β€’ Excellent time management β€’ Proactive, can-do attitude
