• The Customer Service Representative supports the Central Business Office and Outside Vendors to ensure that administrative work is completed in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner. • Performs a variety of administrative, support and clerical functions. • Resolves administrative issues and inquiries.
🎯 Requirements
• Two years recent customer service experience • Computer literacy and proficiency • Ability to multitask and prioritize needs to meet timelines • Understanding of basic medical terminology • Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English • Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job • Previous experience in healthcare • High School Diploma or Equivalent
