Description

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share for Bellesa Sex Toys within the adult products industry. • Identify and prospect potential B2B clients, including large retail stores, e-commerce platforms, distributors, and other relevant businesses. • Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences related to adult toys. • Present and demonstrate Bellesa Sex Toys to prospective clients, highlighting their unique features, design, functionality, and benefits. • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create sales materials, product catalogs, and promotional campaigns tailored to B2B clients. • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements with clients to ensure profitable and sustainable partnerships. • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, buyers, and influencers within client organizations to drive sales and customer loyalty. • Provide ongoing support, training, and product knowledge to B2B clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software and sales analytics tools. • Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance standards, and market dynamics impacting the adult products sector.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales with large retail chains. • Knowledge of, or experience in, the adult toys market (an asset). • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented, with a passion for driving sales growth and exceeding targets. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic sales team environment. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences. • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).
