Description

• Implement business strategies aimed at improving processes, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify issues and providing management recommendations for areas of improvement. • Provide training and support to peers on new processes, systems, and general onboarding. • Track and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions. • Ensure that all business processes comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. • Serve as the liaison with various internal and external business partners to understand business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. • 3 years of experience in a health care driven industry required. • 2 years of experience in operations, technical, project management, product or other related field required. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. • Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects. • Demonstrated project management skills. • Possess strong analytical, technical, and decision making skills. • Ability to meet schedule deadlines and departmental goals. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles, and accountability. • Must possess ability to maintain professional relationship with vendors and other external partners.
