• Seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Leader • Spearhead GP improvement initiatives within the U.S. region • Deploy price/mix improvement strategies • Work closely within Sales and other functions • Drive process improvements and organizational change management
Requirements
• Minimum bachelor's degree • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Sales, Sales Management • Good working knowledge of the customer buying process • Excellent business and interpersonal skills • Ability to negotiate and sell new proposals • Prior experience in the medical products business is highly preferred • Prior experience in leading change management is highly preferred • Management experience highly preferred • Prior experience in Project management preferred • Demonstrated skills in leadership and team effectiveness • Strong financial and analytical skills
