• Founded in 2012 to modernize the dental benefits industry • Simplifying and modernizing ancillary employee benefits through a digital platform • Seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 8+ years of experience in corporate finance, management consulting, transaction services, or investment banking • Proven FP&A experience within established businesses, ideally in the consumer digital sector • Hands-on experience with FP&A software like Netsuite, Planful, Adaptive, or similar systems • Experience with insurance, structured finance, or SaaS is preferred but not required • Familiarity with Salesforce, SQL, Tableau, VBA, or Python is a plus • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes, including annual budgets and monthly forecasts
