Requirements

• A college degree or equivalent experience in insurance products at employee benefits businesses • 5+ years experience working with employee benefits products and insurance • Experience owning and developing insurance products from the ground up including contract optimization, managing regulatory filings, pricing and underwriting strategy, and administrative set up • Experience partnering with multiple stakeholders across organizations including product and engineering, actuarial, legal and compliance, operations, and revenue • Experience working in a customer-centric, product-focussed organization • Critical-thinking skills to operate both tactically and strategically • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Strong project management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
