• Responsible for driving sales, execution, and financial goals for BeatBox Party Punch throughout a designated region within North America. • Collaborate directly with wholesalers and retailers to develop “Share of Mind.” • Inspire and lead a team toward achieving Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual company goals. • Manage pricing strategy development & price increase sell-in, Cents per case audits, and forecasting reviews. • Work with BeatBox marketing team to develop and drive marketing objectives that will increase sales. • Publicly represent BeatBox at distributor and retailer meetings, trade shows, and promotional events. • Manage region’s financial expenses and relationships with Principal and Senior wholesaler management. • Establish call frequency and relationships with assigned wholesalers to drive distribution and sales. • Adhere to CRM Platform documentation for in-market store visits.

Requirements

• Fifteen (15) years of experience in the beverage alcohol industry is required, having an advanced understanding of the 3-tier system. • Must live within the Primary geographic assigned territory: either Virginia, Tennessee, Maryland, North Carolina or South Carolina. • Must be proficient in Google platforms, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. • Must be able to understand and use nationally syndicated data. • Major chain retailer experience is a plus. • Familiar with VIP or other distributor reporting systems. • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time. • Ability to work with Senior Management across all departments. • Minimum 5 years of team management experience and ability to instill and follow BeatBox Culture. • Must be eligible to work in the United States. • An undergraduate degree is a plus. • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
