β€’ The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is a vital contributor to the full-cycle talent acquisition process. β€’ Specializes in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for diverse job positions within the organization. β€’ This role thrives on collaboration, working closely with hiring managers to comprehensively understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies. β€’ Ensures a seamless and highly efficient hiring process. β€’ This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but is subject to change. β€’ Collaborate with department managers to develop precise and comprehensive job descriptions and hiring criteria. β€’ Identify and implement efficient and effective recruitment methods and strategies aligned with industry standards and organizational needs. β€’ Assist in the job posting and advertising processes to attract top talent. β€’ Screen incoming applications to identify qualified candidates for further evaluation. β€’ Schedule interviews and facilitate the preparation of interview materials, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. β€’ Participate in the interview process by conducting and attending interviews alongside managers, directors, and other stakeholders. β€’ Work closely with the hiring manager and human resource staff during the offer process, including recommendations for salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. β€’ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies. β€’ Represent the organization at college job fairs and recruiting events. β€’ Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the talent acquisition team. β€’ Assist the People and Culture team on a flexible and as-needed basis to provide admin support.

Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 3 years of experience handling the full-cycle recruitment and hiring process is preferred. β€’ Experience within the CPG industry is a plus. β€’ Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics. β€’ Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles. β€’ Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. β€’ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. β€’ Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. β€’ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/ G Suite, Asana, Slack, ATS platforms and related software.
