• Almost like a chief of staff, you'll be the energy bodyguard for the CEO by shielding him from people high on the scale of BS, mediocrity & Stupidity. • Your mission is to find smart, eager, reliable people and hold them to agreements. • Will have a pipeline of people Plan A, B, and C for every role in the personal and business life of the CEO’s. • You LOVE Holding people accountable to agreements. • Smart is smart regardless of profession. • High Standards: You’ve gotta be raising the bar, correcting, fixing, improving all day long. • Project Management: You’ll outline agreements, price, timeline, KRI’s, and hold people to them.

Requirements

• Are you natural at quickly identifying common sense talent? • Do you get furious when people have no common sense? • Do you filter through tons of people when you need a job to be done to find that perfect match? • You are skilled in vetting and filtering for SMARTS, and always seeking the people with high standards for each task and role without fear of moving between all industries. • You use the creation of high quality branding material and tactics to find the best talent. • You are amazing at deciding what type of person will solve the problem by identifying the core role for each job and task. • You are always utilizing and finding the most cutting edge technology in order to make you faster in achieving your mission. • You’ve gotta be raising the bar, correcting, fixing, improving all day long.
