Description

• The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of effective recruitment strategies. • Leads a team of Recruiters and Coordinators. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract and select top talent. • Manage, coach, and motivate delegate Talent Acquisition Partners. • Conduct market research to identify recruitment trends and best practices. • Assess and manage the overall candidate experience. • Track and report key recruitment metrics. • Develop and implement process improvements based on data-driven learning. • Manage the entire recruitment process for up to ten (10) requisitions, as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related field. • Minimum of one year of experience managing a team of Recruiters. • Proven track record of successful recruitment, including experience with various sourcing channels, recruitment metrics, and candidate evaluation techniques.
