Description
• The Director of Enterprise Business Intelligence & Analytics will lead the BI strategy for 12 BIG brands. • Overseeing data analysis, reporting, visualization, and data science across DTC and B2B channels. • Manage the enterprise data warehouse, data modeling, and analytics. • Deliver actionable insights to optimize operations, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer experience. • Lead two external teams (data engineering and data science) and build an internal BI team.
Requirements
• Strong understanding of financial principles, change management, and operational strategy within a multi-brand, metric-driven environment. • 8-10+ years of experience in quantitative data analysis, complex problem solving, and strategic insights. • 5-8+ years of experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing data teams. • Experience building data governance frameworks by collaborating with various stakeholder groups. • Advanced skills in SQL, data modeling, and experience with data engineering and BI tools. • Ability to address both high-level strategic questions and detailed tactical challenges.
