β€’ At TerrAscend, we are on a mission to shape the future of the cannabis industry by creating leading marijuana-based therapies for patients and developing premium products for legalized adult recreational use. β€’ Our next Director, Total Rewards will lead TerrAscend’s Enterprise Total Rewards program including, set the vision for its benefits and compensation programs and define the structure across our business units. β€’ You will be challenged to work both strategically and tactically to oversee a team and work with third party administrators to ensure the efficient delivery of Compensation and Benefits. β€’ This role is remote with required travel as needed, preferably for candidates residing in specified states.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field highly preferred β€’ 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits β€’ 3+ years of managing team of benefits and compensation employees β€’ Experience supporting international organizations with differing state/country regulations around benefits highly preferred β€’ SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and certified compensation professional credentials preferred β€’ Start-up and/or early-stage company work experience highly preferred β€’ Ability to work cross-functionally and drive trust and rapport with departmental and executive leadership
