📋 Description
• The IT Director develops and implements a global IT strategy aiming at improving business processes and global organization effectiveness. • Successfully complete IT acquisition integrations within the timeline committed by the Board of Directors, meeting 'done-done' criteria. • Establish and sustain effective monitoring and incident management processes to ensure IT operational reliability. • Ensure the IT team efficiently resolves a growing volume of complex support tickets. • Maintain a customer satisfaction (CSAT) rating of at least 90% with a 10% response rate for closed IT tickets. • Lead and optimize the integration process for Delivery Engine (DE) teams post-acquisition, ensuring seamless operational and cultural alignment.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Or equivalent degree • 10+ years in Information Technology Leader • Travel expected: 25-50% • Office Requirements: 3 days per week
