📋 Description
• Lead the establishment and operation of Inmar Intelligence’s innovation lab. • Focus on building and delivering functional prototypes that validate business ideas. • Drive iterative development cycles and embed agile methodologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and engineers. • Design, develop, and deliver high-impact prototypes independently.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years of technical experience in software development, architecture, or engineering. • At least 3 years in a role focused on rapid prototyping, innovation labs, or proof-of-concept development. • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript (e.g., Node.js, React), and backend frameworks like Flask or Spring Boot. • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, or Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Strong understanding of modular systems, microservices, API design, and real-time data pipelines. • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, BigQuery). • Expertise in agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git). • Experience with performance tuning and system optimization in prototype environments. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines and align technical efforts with business priorities.
