📋 Description
• FanDuel Group is the premier mobile gaming company in the United States. • We are looking to expand our VIP department for our FanDuel Racing product. • Manage day-to-day operations for our Racing product while building an industry-leading team. • Manage a high performing team of account managers. • Liaise with other departments to identify new opportunities for VIP customer experience. • Ensure compliance, sustainability and customer safety is at the heart of all we do. • Collaborate with VIP adjacent teams for prioritization of our VIPs. • Monitor overall team performance for VIP hospitality. • Coordinate VIP Racing Management Team's task assignments. • Provide oversight of VIP Player Reward programs.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in high end customer service field preferred. • 5-6 years in a team management position essential. • 3-4 years online gaming industry or horse racing industry experience essential. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Passionate and demonstrate the ability to provide top level service. • Confident and people focused personality. • Excellent analytical skills and experience with Excel. • Ability to interpret and present data to senior management. • Execute targets and deadlines. • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
