Description

β€’ Conduct strategic outbound outreach via phone, SMS, and email to key partners and actively engage referrers throughout their lifecycle. β€’ Coordinate activities for value-based pilot programs for Key Accounts, driving referral growth and overall partner success. β€’ Lead virtual presentations and training webinars for partners, ensuring a consistent and impactful communication strategy. β€’ Provide responsive support and solutions to partner escalations, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills. β€’ Collect partner feedback and surface themes and insights with the team to continually enhance the partner experience and referral processes. β€’ Process new patient referrals and create or update new patient accounts as needed. β€’ Learn and utilize new technology to optimize processes and systems as we scale to meet growing demand. β€’ Contribute to the team training guides and process documentation for internal audiences

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience in client success, business development, sales, marketing, or program/operations role with a client or partner β€’ Demonstrated success in executing campaigns to achieve business goals β€’ Experience leading trainings, webinars, or giving presentations in a virtual environment β€’ Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau or similar software β€’ Tech-savvy and comfortable in a high-growth environment β€’ High level of organizational and time management skills
