• Define and drive the vision and strategy that shapes product offerings. • Craft roadmaps that enhance the member experience. • Engage with members’ feedback, integrating their voices into product design. • Oversee the entire process from research to delivery, ensuring seamless execution. • Assess insights and lessons learned to adjust vision and roadmap. • Manage release goals and priorities across multiple products. • Define and track key product metrics to achieve desired business outcomes. • Present data-driven ideas to all levels of the organization. • Take ownership of the product throughout its lifecycle. • Identify and partner with key collaborators across the organization. • Demonstrate deep knowledge of industry trends and recommend changes.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of product management, product development or product operations, or equivalent experience with platform technology. • Previous experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle. • Experience in managing highly effective cross-functional teams. • Experience determining product strategies based on voice of the member (customer). • Desired Qualifications: • Advanced degree. • Experience working in agile an environment. • Self-directed and able to proactively identify business and customer needs and opportunities, overcome barriers, influence, and formulate solutions with minimal supervision. • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
