Description

• Drive sales efforts and strategy across all commercial verticals • Develop a strategy for both US and international sales • Own the go-to-market and capture process from ideation through contract signing • Work with various internal teams to align sales strategy with technical capabilities • Participate in key meetings, trade shows, and events • Collaborate with legal and government relations teams • Prepare executives for engagements

Requirements

• 7+ years of work experience in Business Development or Sales in the subsea geophysical or hydrographic industry • Expertise in OSW procurement and RFP process • Experience working with Government agencies and the contracting process • Deep understanding of cost structures, market rates, survey markets knowledge and experience, etc. • Extensive experience with surveying, offshore experience and how sonars are utilized • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Experience interfacing with top energy companies, government agencies, and marine construction/engineering firms • Extensive experience working with novel marine technologies and solutions
