📋 Description

• Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects, tackling challenges no one has solved before. • Identify root causes, align key stakeholders, and design scalable, sustainable solutions that remove bottlenecks and drive growth. • Develop new processes and ways of working, ensuring they are actionable, measurable, and operationally executable. • Engage senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Operations, GPS, and Marketing, ensuring initiatives don’t just get discussed—but get solved. • Drive structured governance and execution to turn strategic conversations into tangible impact. • Implement long-term, systemic improvements—not just one-off fixes. • Establish success metrics, track impact, and refine solutions to drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, business operations, consulting, strategy, or related fields. • Proven success leading high-stakes, cross-functional initiatives that require more than standard business processes. • Strong analytical skills, breaking down complex problems into structured, actionable solutions. • Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments, balancing multiple priorities. • Excellent communication and influence skills—capable of aligning diverse stakeholders. • Familiarity with industrial networking, automation, or manufacturing and supply chain is a plus but not required.
