📋 Description
• Responsible for providing leadership to District Sales Managers in the assigned territory. • Ensure successful sales growth of Belimo products within the geographic area assigned. • Develop goals and strategies for sustainable sales growth. • Build, maintain, and enhance a team culture aligned with Belimo’s values. • Monitor and analyze territory sales to ensure business objectives are met. • Provide leadership and coaching to District Sales Managers.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferred. • Minimum 7 years proven track record in a related sales position and experience in the HVAC or related technical field. • Experience leading teams is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to effectively develop, motivate and lead others. • Strong HVAC / Construction industry knowledge. • Strong organizational, inter-personal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. • Proven collaboration and relationship building skills (internal and external). • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Self-motivated with ability to work effectively from home office. • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other basic computer skills necessary to complete sales reporting requirements and manage home office. • Travel requirement of position is approximately 40%.
