Description

• Manage a team of Implementation Specialists to ensure seamless onboarding and integration • Supervise, mentor, and coach team members, fostering collaboration and excellence • Act as escalation point for critical implementation challenges • Collaborate with senior management to align team objectives with company goals • Implement and refine tools, workflows, and best practices to optimize team efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Proven experience in implementation or onboarding, with a history of successful client integrations • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams • Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in implementation tools, project management software, and CRM platforms
